Hi Cat,

You can refer to the recent news regarding what happened to The Arcadia and Hollandswood Court etc... all with about less than 60 years left on lease..

Most of the time, people will try to sell them via collective enbloc and developer will try to top up the lease..

If you put it in perspective, HDBs are all 99 years and everyone is buying, guess there is no clear cut answer if we will have a chance to see if any property manage to reach 99 years.
