Ang idea what the psf for. The 3 Bedder (1109psf) now?

Hi Dr Ho
No transaction at The Terrassee this year. The last transacted unit sold in June 2012 was 1130 sqft at 1.145m, which translates to $1,013 psf. I believe that the 3 bedder unit at 1109 sqft will be closed at $1,100 psf.

The unit at Terrasse was transacting at $950-$1000 Psf when first launch by the developer. This project had been sold out in 2012.
It's hard to find a seller as they will need to bare seller stamp duty if they decided to sub-sell the unit within this 4 years.
If anyone willing to sell, the Psf should range at $1400-$1500psf. Read More
