Am staying in Singapore for the past 9 plus years and have always used property guru (no other better choice) but really not happy with one aspect which is missing is the Original date of posting/advertising. When I search the house for rent this is an important parameter. The tenants/agents keep on relisting it , so you cannot get the actual date of posting. Why the Property guru is not putting a mandatory column where the original posting date is automatically set and cannot be modified again.
