Hi, to be frank, online prices are not accurate at all. The best is still to drop by the showflat and to see the available units remaining and their price list. And once you select a particular unit, you could also ask the developer to lower their prices or simply to give some discount. Kingsford Waterbay is a fast-moving project. Hence, the prices reflected on Propertyguru are usually not updated on time.

Just a few weeks ago, the cheapest 1 bedder unit was at $58xK but all those units have been sold. Currently, the cheapest 1 Bedder is at $590K.

Perhaps you could give me a call or drop me a text and I can give you the most updated pricing and information for the individual units on different floors, facing, sizes, etc.
