Am I eligible for CPF housing grant for buying a resale HDB if my monthly gross income is more than 10K? I was under the impression that every first timer gets the grant (no income ceiling). Is that not the case?

Afternoon,

There's income ceiling requirement for all those who want to get resale HDB, using housing loan and / or grant.
If you are buying resale HDB unit using bank loan, there's no income ceiling cap for you.
