Although an industrial site at Woodlands has a canteen at the ground floor, I am thinking of operating a small cafe at the top floor of the building which is classified for B2 uses. Which Govt dept must I get clearance for applying a unit (1100 sq ft) for use as a cafe ?

Would you also consider getting new projects for your Cafe in the coming future. I have one at Kovan for your consideration. Plus, would you also like to look at a big, up and coming new industrial building at UBI area?
