Sorry to hear about the unfortunate situation. May I know if you are referring to a private property purchase from Developer or the resale market? If its the former, if you have not exercised the S&P, typically 25% of the booking fee will be forfeited. If its the resale market, typically the full option fee will be forfeited. All these are assumptions as without details of the actual transaction, I can't provide the correct info as well.
