Hi Janice,

1) Typically a year after TOP, the CSC (Certificate of Statutory Completion) will be issued.

2) Real estate agencies will pitch for new projects from developers. Appointed agency will form project core team to be stationed at showflats.

3) A mid-floor unit at Blk 620 Bedok Reservoir Rd was transacted at $162K back in Jun 2006.
