A new condominium (FH - 1Bedr - expected TOP 2014) with no facilities but is central and 5mins walk to MRT with good schools, nice eating place and hospitals around the vicinity, can fetch good rental or even what is the resale value?

Your enquiry is quite ambiguous. It would be easier if you let us know which condo you are referring to.

As for rental Yield, it will hugely be dependent on the quantum of the condo that you purchase. In the end, most likely, you will have to decide on choosing between the potential capital gain upside or the ROI that you are getting from your investment.
