A friend of mine is renting out his whole unit and LOI is signed by both parties; landlord and tenant. Unfortunately for some reasons landlord wants to cancel it. Do landlord need to pay any fees? Landlord will refund back the deposit. Take note that Tenancy Agreement is not signed yet and it's still within 7 days.
