1) what are the grants available for a 2nd timer?
i have recently sold my flat (bought with cpf grant 5yrs ago) and intend to buy a resale flat in the open market.
2) do i need to pay any levy?

Hi,

No grant for 2nd timer unless you didn't take any grants for you 1st purchase.

You do not have to pay any levy if you are buying from the open market.

As you have previously enjoyed the CPF grant, there will not be any further grant available for you.
With purchase in the resale market, no levy is required.
