May I know when did you dispose off your overseas private property? You are only eligible for HDB grants after 30 months from disposal date.

Do not own other property locally or overseas, and have not disposed of any within the last 30 months

FYI SC/ SPR are eligible for:
- CHG $40k if buy 4rm and smaller flats. $30k if buy 5rm and larger flats.
- EHG $30k
- PHG $20k if stay near either parents
