1) For houshold income ceiling of S$12k, how to define gross household income? Is transport allowance consider gross income?
2) I own a executive HDB flat now, if i buy a privite or executive condo, must i live in the condo or HDB ?

Evening,

Gross household income indicates the gross regular income the individual family is earning. Hence if you get the transport allowance on a monthly basis, it would be included as your gross income.
If you were to purchase a new EC, from HDB, your executive unit must have fulfilled the MOP requirement. Upon key collection, you will have to sell away your executive unit within 6 months.
If you were to purchase resale EC or condo, and have fulfilled your MOP, you can choose to stay in whichever property you deem necessary.
