Hillington Green is a Hillview treasure with a long lease that's practically freehold. this is great, because I can foresee generations of families after mine also enjoying the beautiful development, with it well maintained grounds, gorgeous pools and facilities that are perfect for long term stay.

is a resort
many condos are marketed as resort-style, but i personally think only some like Hillington Green deserves this mention. the pools are so beautiful with their accompanying water features like waterfall, the location is quiet and tranquil, near the lush bukit timah nature reserve, and the compound is nice for a morning walk and super gorgeous at night.

efficient managemnt
management of Hillington Green is efficient, making sure to do prompt repairs if there are any issues reported. this is good to upkeep the environment, making it a nice place to stay instead of those with things falling apart and so many issues. given that this is a development from early 2000s, some flaws due to age still exist, but i think that cannot be helped.
