No substitute for Yong An Park at this price,
Though >30 years old, this freehold landmark along River Valley road seems gaining popularity, especially after opening of Great World MRT (3min walk). D9 condos that come with this abundance of space and facilities are unlikely to carry the same PSF tag. Very satisfied with the condo inside out, except for the Jack and Jill toilet that needs some getting used to.

Relatively old condo. But you get spacious units because it was completed in 1986, convenient location and it is well-maintained.
