Great Facilities, Lousy Managing agent

They have great facilities but lousy managing agent even though the company is Knightfrank one of the renowned MA company beside that every other things is ok.

here for sunset views

The function room was well-maintained and clean and the gym has new equipments! There is also the renowned 100m pool. Great amenities.

10min walk to Seletar Mall

nice for those to be living in Lush Acres EC at Fernvale as everything they need is within walking distance. Seletar Mall, hawker centre, Fernvale CC etc all within 10min by foot. so you can go cinema watch movie, buy groceries at fairprice, sheng siong, etc. for outdoors, the Sengkang Riverside Park is also close by, and drive just 5min to Jalan Kayu for supper (but cannot every day lah).
