Beautiful and well-kept condo with stunning p
I've lived here since 2015 as a tenant before deciding to purchase a pool-facing unit in 2023. What attracts me to this development is its stunning pools and greeneries. The management has recently started repainting the development, making it even more beautiful now. After viewing different developments (private condos and ECs), The Palette seems to be the best option in terms of location (near the MRT) and, more importantly, pricing. With the upcoming Cross Island MRT Line that covers Pasir Ris, I believe this will only strengthen the value of the properties in Pasir Ris.
