Do check the URA Master Plan

Nice environment but do check the URA master plan, especially for buyers who are looking at units facing the waterbody. The government has earmarked a major road that runs along the canal which will dramatically change the view when it is eventually built. (https://www.ura.gov.sg/maps/?service=MP)

resort feel, unblocked view of reservoir with beautiful sunset. windy and bright, lots of sunlight. facilities are always new and clean

Right Entry Price Project

Been looking for properties in the area for a while now. The communal area of the property are well maintained. It was clean and free of leaves in the pool. The landscaping was kept pretty good as well. The entire property paint was refreshed giving it a fresh look. The units we seen are well kept and so far the neighbours around it are quiet too. If you are looking to enter a 2bedroom plus study unit in this development you could still get something below $1.2m for 883sqft. This comes with an enclosed kitchen as well! There are coffeeshops and sheng siong just opposite the development. Seletar Mall within mins reach and the convenience to the park connector is amazing for walks and cycle.
