  Hi there! I am about rent an apartment with agent PROPNEX REALTY PTE. LTD. CEA : R012806Z / L3008022J , not rated yet. As I am a foreign, I feel a bit insecure to do so, with no guarantees. How could I know he is trustful? How can I be sure that I won't loose my money from 1st month/ deposit transaction? Thank you in advance. Luiz Felipe.
