  "its repeated failures and recalcitrant attitude towards workplace safety and health" "Kingsford's blatant disregard for safety and its repeated failures to comply with our regulatory requirements" Is there any way we owners can claim compensation over the inferior quality of our units?   Is the developer submitting this project for BCA Conquas Quality assessment? I can't seem to find the project name on BCA's Conquas projects website. For that matter, I can't see that the developer has submitted any of its projects for Conquas.
