No space to walk.Pathway extremely close to swimming pool. Extremely Noisy specially near the Guard House. -

Spacious and a sound investment
I purchased a 4-bedroom unit at Watercolours as an investment when the project was completed several years ago. Not only has the apartment's price appreciated, but there’s also steady rental demand since it’s close to the airport. I was planning to flip it but with the capital appreciation and rent, I think it was a great investment. Pasir Ris East MRT station is not too far away from the project if you want to head to other parts of the island. -

The Jet Set Life
I rented a condo unit at Watercolours as I work as an air hostess and have to fly every other day from Changi Airport. The apartment is just minutes away. It has got all the necessary amenities such as swimming pools, a putting green and gym. Since I don’t have a lot of time nor do I like to cook much, the number of restaurants in the vicinity from Seafood to Indian cuisine all come in handy after a long flight. -

Competitive pricing considering that you can get a 5 year old 3 bed room condo unit here for about $740,000. But do note that this we are talking about a 3 bed room size of about 900sf. -
