There are bus stops right outside the development. The bus interchange is in the same location as the mall and MRT station. For drivers, the TPE is very close, making access to other parts of the island straightforward. Coco Palms - Historical Data

As of the end of May 2016, Coco Palms had seen a total of 772 transacted sales, out of 994 available. This included all of the 1 and 2 bed units. The vast majority of those sales (687) came in 2014, with just 75 and 11 in 2015 and 2016 respectively. The slowdown is due to the diminishing time left on the lease, as well as the fact that the small units (and the dual key ones) have already been sold.
