As well as a very good range of facilities on site, and 6 retail units, Coco Palms is just an 8-minute walk from Pasir Ris MRT Station on the East West Line. That is also the location of the modern White Sands Mall with its shopping and dining options, and a bus interchange. The TPE is also very close to Coco Palms giving easy access to other areas of the island.

City Developments Limited (CDL) has long held a foothold in the property industry since 1963. It has developed more than 36,000 luxurious homes and owns close to 7.2 million square feet of commercial, retail, residential and hotel space locally and globally.

Coco Palms – Unique Selling Points

The size of Coco Palms is impressive in itself, and as a consequence there are a large number of different size units with different configurations and a good number of facilities, including 4 pools a gym and tennis courts. Coco Palms’ location is also a big plus point, with it being in easy walking distance of Pasir Ris MRT, a bus interchange and shopping mall, as well as being handily placed for the TPE.

Coco Palms – Accessibility

The nearest MRT to Coco Palms is Pasir Ris on the East West Line. This is an 8-minute walk from the development, albeit an uncovered 8 minute walk. The MRT Station is located in the White Sands Mall, meaning residents of Coco Palms have a good choice of retail and dining options a short walk or even shorter bus ride from home. There are bus stops right outside the development. The bus interchange is in the same location as the mall and MRT station. For drivers, the TPE is very close, making access to other parts of the island straightforward. Of course, Coco Palms is located in Pasir Ris which is – in Singapore terms anyway – relatively a long way from most other areas of the island.
