  close to city but ...

  It is close to city but mrt is 10mns walk away with no shelter. There is only 1 SBS bus from serangoon

  Good proximity to City.A good place for small families with kids.Not suitable for large families. The kitchen is rather small.Bedroom 3 is also rather small.

  a better buy now

  as compared to many of the projects that have risen sharply like sanctuary green from 750psf to now about $1000(all thanks to speculators) in less than a year,the more quality waterplace now is a better option.not only it has better quality finishes internally in the house but the enviroment is also more serene and less HDB.structually built modernly allowing better lights in the house.also have units in the stack A s that provides good casino view on the higher floors.buying at around $1000 psf is definitely a good deal for its built quality.

  Waterplace - A Hidden Gem

  An extremely well designed condo, a BCA Construction Excellence Award Winner in 2006. With a fantastic resort style pool area, offering great view for pool facing units. Very close to the city yet feels like a peaceful haven. Nearby amenities include F&B at the indoor stadium (Brewerkz, Jumbo, Vansh, Le Bistrot, Mushroom Pot), Marina Bay Golf, Kallang Leisure Park, Dunman School, Kalang Basin Water Sports. Upcoming projects will greatly enhance the value and amenities in the Tanjong Rhu Area; Stadium MRT (2010), Gardens by the Bay (2011), New National Stadium (2013), Sports Hub

  Waterplace

  Great location, very quite and close to East coast parkway. With upcoming Marina Bay gardens, Integrated resort & MRT at Kallang stadium local amenities and logistocs will be dramatically improved. It is still however easy to get taxis and buses to city centre. If you like golf it's 10-15mins walk to Marina Bay or 3-4mins in taxi.

  Waterplace

  A very resort theme condo with a free form landscape pool surrounded by coconut trees. I'll recommend those with pool view rather than seaview as it can be noisy because of the expressway.
