Great location right beside MRT
Well maintained Condo that’s right by the doorsteps of MRT station. Would be even better when the covered walkway is up! -

Best Property at Tanjung Rhu Precinct- Water
With MRT completion likely this year, everything is there for resident of Water Place. Good property to stay or invest. -

New Tanjong Rhu MRT just few steps away
New MRT completion soon. Excellent location, near to marina CBD, jog to gardens by the bay, unblocked view for selected premium stack/units. Good property to.live in and invest. -

Ideal For Home And Investment
The condo is just next to Tanjong Rhu MRT (literally just next to the MRT and we are glad that the MRT is an underground one) and Tanjong Rhu Station is just 1 station away from Gardens By The Bay and Marina Bay. Most residents like to cycle to Gardens by the bay and Marina Bay Sands - It is a beautiful cycle path from Marina Bay East. This project is perfect for both investment and home stay. As for now, it is the newest and nearest project to the new MRT station and is a much better investment project as compared to the other private properties down the TEL line (which is further away from CBD). The condo is only a 5 mins drive to MBFC and Raffles Place. The 2025 Kallang Alive project will add more fun to this area too ! A great property for home stay and investment. -

Water Place is ideal if you love active lifestyle with the Sports Hub & Gardens By The Bay East just minutes away. By 2023, the MRT station will be up & running. The entrance to MRT is just 10m away! -

Living up to its name, the Swimming pool and water features surrounding looks attractive. Separate living and dining area is a good idea -

A little sanctuary and yet close to the CBD
Despite the age of the property, the interior is still in good condition due to the quality material used. Our unit is facing the pool so it is very quiet at night. For residents living close to the water slide, during the day time you may hear the water splashing sound if the water feature of the slide is activated. The Tanjong Rhu MRT station is located less than 50m away from Water Place and is scheduled to be in operation in 2013. As it is now, there are not much option for public transport because there are only 2 buses that go do Tanjong Rhu Road. An alternative public transport option is a 10 mins walk to Stadium MRT. What we particularly like about the location of this condo is that we are close to the national stadium where we play lots of sports. It is great for leisure cycling too because of the vast park connector network that can take us to East Coast Park, Marina Bay and up north to Ang Mo Kio. -

Nice Environment with City Living
The condo is well structured and not too close to one another. Certain blocks have nice breeze and spectacular view. Rental yield is comparable (if not higher) than some of the condos in the East Coast. -

Good property in great location. Close proximity to - sports hub - national stadium - Kallang Wave - good schools e.g. Dunman High - East coast Park - gardens by the Bay - Marina bay Golf course - Marina city - Expressways (ECP/MCE/KPE) - Nicoll Highway - future Tanjong Rhu MRT (just beside Water place) and many places - future commercial development - Kallang bay - Open space for families and leisure at the bay Good living environment. -
