Wonderful place to stay
This condo is in an excellent location and is near to NUS, NUH, Science Hub and Mapletree Business City etc. It is also conveniently located and you can easily walk to 2 MRT stations. The condo is quiet and you can also easily enjoy a meal at the shop downstairs or at many places nearby. If you are a fitness addict, there is a well equipped gym and swimming pool or you can also go cycling up and down South Buona Vista Road. The management and security guards of the condo are also very helpful. Once I needed a ladder to change a lightbulb and they immediately loaned me a ladder!! What a marvellous service from them!! I feel very safe and peaceful living in this quiet condo. I will be renewing my lease with my landlord again soon. -

Wonderful place to stay
Viva Vista is very near to my workplace, NUS and NUH. It is a very new condo and the interior is like a 5 star hotel. I enjoyed the facilities too. It is located just over a 5-minute walk from Haw Par Villa MRT Station along the Circle Line. Several bus stops can also be found right outside the complex along South Buona Vista Road, less than a 5-minute walk away. Drivers heading to the Orchard Road shopping district can take Alexandra Road and expect to arrive within 15 minutes. There are many food option at NUS and NUH. -

Horrible place to live
really noisy, punks always drive loud car every night, especially on weekend night till dawn. no amenity around this neighborhood, Smoking smells comes through. -

Very noisy area. Glad I don't live here anymo
Avoid this place! Lived here for a year - awful place. There is constant, significant noise from South Buona Vista Road both night and day There is also a karaoke bar in the basement causing problems. -

Extremly noise neighbourhood - avoid this are
Viva Vista Mall is next to South Buona Vista Road. It is an extremely noisy road both night and day. Further the karaoke bar in the basement will keep you awake. Do not rent here. -
