  Worthwhile investment

  Great place to be in town and not have the busiest traffic around there. Quiet yet convenient! Great potential as this is the first block of studio and small units in town!

  Beautiful Vida

  It's a beauty! Inspiring facade, intelligent design, branded appliances etc. These are some of the factors that sway me towards buying VIDA as opposed to the other projects. I just bought a 1BR on the high floor. Stunning view. I bought at a resonable pricing, definitely much lower than what they were selling before in year 2007. Love it!

  Vida

  I am so impressed with Vida. This property is so special and certainly has its X-factor. It is so different compared to the other projects in the Devonshire area and Balmoral area. It is so quiet here compared to the offices and shop houses of Somerset area. Vida is like a garden in the city of Orchard Road. Tranquility and quietness is what Vida is all about! Very suitable for investors and I am one of them. Sadly I bought an unit on the low floor. Heard they are selling the high floor now. Believe that the price should be soft now.
