  Excellent Investment

  Just look at the low rise apartments and its label "Freehold", everyone will have to say "Wow!" In this land scarce Singapore, the best investment will be of this sort. Besides this, the two sides of the Rangoon Road is filled with vibrant small cafes for young people to gather and rejuvenate. It is also near to tourists' favourite such as City Square Mall, Mustaffa and the Connexion - The World's First Integrated Hospital and Hotel Complex. What else can you ask for with such world class malls, facilities, shops and eateries?

  Looks older than its age

  The facade looks like falling apart it's hard to believe it only TOP a few years ago. Very typical design... do not see much potential for it and expect maintenence costs to shoot up over the years. Not much facilities to speak about as well.

  Pretty decent condo

  Lived here for a while now on the top floor (penthouse). No real complaints, no noise from anything other than some building works opposite but not the Condo's fault. Seems pretty well built. Pool on the roof is pretty nice however it is only a lap pool so pretty narrow. Excellent location just 30 seconds walk to the MRT and City Square Mall just 5 minutes walk away. Nice shopping, supermarket, restaurants and a cinema/gym. On site gym is pretty basic, but there is a good gym just 5 minutes up the road. Overall I would recommend living here!

  Noisy and small, but convenient

  We DO NOT recommend a poolside apartment here. The acoustics in this building are terrible. You can hear anything happening in the pools, in your neighborhood apartment, or in the alleyway. Often people swim early in the morning and late at night, so you are awoken by the sounds of splashing which thanks to the poor acoustic design, sound like they are happening in bed with you. There is currently a problem tenant on the second floor who unfortunately seems scream, fight with her partner, and cry on the balcony at 2 and 3AM, waking everyone up night after night. Because of the acoustics, we hear it all, sadly. The alleyway behind the complex is often filled with loud and drunk people who sometimes yell at one another, but are actually totally harmless (just noisy). The design of the units, meaning the details and fixtures, are actually nice. Most units seem to have very good storage space. The nearby MRT is very convenient.

  So much wasted potential

  Great location and nice apartment layouts but poorly made with shoddy materials.

  Best Investment

  This project is value for money, selling price is lower than newly launched project arround the area. Walking distant to Farrer Park MRT, Bugie Junction and Town city. lots of food courts and entertainments.

  Small units

  Went to take a look at this place. The 2 bedroom units are very small. Open kitchen concept allows for light cooking only. Comes with 2 balconies which is really a waste of space. The masterbed room looks fine but the other room is so small it is impossible to put a single bed in unless it is specially modified to fit into the room. And after the bed is in, you can hardly move around without knocking into anything. Facilities wise, a gym room that is the size of the bomb shelter so you can image how "big" it is. Lap pool that allows for max 2 person to swim at the same time. Only plus point is that is it near to MRT and new. Other than that, not really worth it.
