  Not worth buying

  Traffic Jam always . being squeeze between 2 others project. Pool too many ppl. many hdb upgrader. Not worth buying

  Tropical Living in Simei

  Best pool in Simei. Short walk 3mins to Eastpoint Mall and Eastpoint MRT. 5mins to new 4th University, 10mins drive to new UWC campus, next to Park Connector takes u to Beach n Reservoir. Within 3km to 3 golf courses, 1km to 3 highways. Large bedrooms, ample parking, great neighbours.
