Great home
Location is great, walkable to the mrt. Many buses if not. Condo maintenance is tip top, never seen another condo of that age in such good condition. The mc takes pride in the condo and common areas are very well kept. Pool is hidden from public view but like a peaceful resort. -

Not worth it
Great location. But major issues:- The construction noise next door is becoming more and more unbearable. They work from 8am to 8pm all days except Sunday. Beautiful balcony but you can’t sit out.- The Miele appliances break down and the charges just for a home visit is minimum $150 (parts are extra)- The kids play area is sparse and mostly unusable. The guards keep chasing the kids away.For the rentals being charged, you’d be better off in River Valley or Orchard area rather than Trilight. -
