what a surprise
Transport is in fact good if you do some research instead of just relying on MRT, 973 takes you to hillview MRT within 3 stops, 190 takes you to Steven MRT directly within 15 mins and then orchard road within 30-40mins. 966 goes to the highway too and goes to Novena and east coast. Very convenient! There is none 1-bedroom unit, so mainly for families. previously, not many nearby amenities, but next year dairy farm residence (100m away) will have commercials with supermarkets, hawker center, etc. So it will be very convenient. I got a 2-bedroom unit with an enclosed kitchen and a balcony. Very ideal layout for me. the vertical garden is unique and one year's Guinness world record. I enjoyed my stay very much. -

What a surprise
Most of units are 3-4 bedroom units, few are 2 bedroom units, no 1-bedroom, so this is perfect for families! BUS 973 will take you to Hillview MRT with 3-4 stops. Bus 190 takes highway and gets to Steven MRT within 15 mins and Orchard Road directly! 966 gets you to Novena and East coast! The bus system is very mature and convenient! I am surprised! And do some research do not only use google maps. I got a unit, 2 bedroom with a balcony and enclosed kitchen. before, not many nearby amenities, have to go to Bukit panjang, but next year, dairy farm residence (100 m away) will have commercials with supermarket, hawker centre and many other things, so will be very convenient! -

Excellent condo and facilities
Immersed in a green area with hiking and mountainbike trails. Condo has top facilities. The world is.changing. much better working from home here than with the chaos and pollution of centre town. Top international school at walking distance -

Excellent condo
The condo is next to the reservoir. Plenty of trails for hiking and mountainbiking. The european school Nearby with expats. Excellent facilities -

Tree House Review
I have been staying here for 3 years in Block 62 on a mid floor unit. We have no mosquito problem here at all. Being next to nature, there're bound to be the occasional insect or 2 but no mosquito problems thankfully. My biggest joy of owning my unit has been the enjoyment of the pristine view of the central reserve catchment. Getting on to BKE/PIE is so convenient. Even taking either of the 2 buses to town only take 20 mins during off peak hours. -

Flawed
beautiful facilities, good home layout, thoughtful furnishings, poor workmanship, poor quality of furnishings, mosquito infested, garden wall is 'nice' but pointless since it's facing outside (imho).Buses are quite convenient but waiting time is terrible. Access to DTL is practically non-existent. Anybody who buys this place because of DTL clearly didn't do their homework.Reasonable value for good space/layout. -

Excellent Project
I have been to so many projects ranging from higher tier ones like The Interlace, Cosmopolitan etc but have found that Tree house offers a unique proposition that most other projects cant. Firstly its not too big a project so you dont experience overcrowding.Additionally, the view over the Central Catchment Area is unparalleled. The fittings are better than even projects asking for high PSFs like D'Leedon. Landscaping is amongst the best ive seen as well. The issues with mosquitos and similar are non-existent. Perhaps the reviewer resides in a low floor or ground floor unit. However, I have not experienced this. For transport, true enough its not next to the MRT but most people who are able to afford this place have a car if not multiple cars. For drivers this place is right at the gateway of the Bukit Timah Expressway. -

Foresque Residences have units selling below $1,000psf.I went around to look at this area. This project will be up before a lot of the amenities are up and you have to tolerate with the construction noise/dust from the nearby Foresque Residences and the up and coming Eco just beside it. -

A good catch!
With Foresque asking for above $1,100 psf, which is just besides this development,anything below $1,050 psf is justifiable and anything $1000 psf and below is a good catch. Imagine you are living beside nature and no blockage with fresh air, lots of amenities services and facilities within the development and most of all clear view. Compare this to Sky Heritage going at $1,700 psf also a 99 years project (surrounded by HDB flats) -
