too high already
If you are a seasoned property buyer, you would quickly discoverthat the prices asked ie $2 mil or even 1,88 mil are way too high. Except for one unit which is at the top 3 floors and in good condition, none of the 1600 sq ft have transacted at the 1200 psf level. In fact, a reaonable price is between 1000 and 1100 psf depending on whch floor, what facing and how new the renovation is. Not to forgot this development is already more than 10 years old. -
