Decent location and functional layout

Near many amenities even if not near town, functional and efficient layout, 2 lifts per 4 units on each floor

Very little privacy

The blocks are built so close together that you can practically look into the opposite block and see what your neighbours are doing. I would be worrying about protecting my privacy all day than truly enjoying myself living here
