A condo not meant for families with young chi
I am living in this condo for the past 6 years and now will be moving out . The location of the condo is superb . But there has been construction for the last 5 years and also going to be tons of construction around for the next few years and the noises are really unbearable. The condo management comes up with obnoxious rule and there is no way you can request them to review it . For example, small kids cant play football in the multi purpose court which has a small basketball hoop. Only basketballs are allowed. There are thousand restrictions on where and how kids can play. People coming with a bike cant use the barrier gate and can only use the small gate. Most of the rules have no logic and is not meant for residents . -

Not Safe for Kids
Agression and threats to children ignored. Unsafe environment for chilren. Security doesnt protect kids from aggressive neighbours or helpers. Playground, basketball court, water fountain closed. Many odd rules that are not nice for families like no dogs allowed in the front lift. Construction inside the condo as many landlords doing refurb to move living rooms away from facing the contraction, but that means noise and dust all day long, none of the building works are limited in hours. It's all day drilling, noise, dust. Agree with other comments that the Trillium is the centre of construction zone. Many families have left and many are planning on leaving. -

Great Condo, very bad management
Ideally located next to great world city and MRT, but surrounded by construction with a lot of dust. Despite the good facilities and set up, the current management is very bad. Everything is made to make kids life impossible.. even some cases of verbal aggression from other tenant against kids. If you are looking for a family friendly and peaceful place, unfortunately Trillium is not the place anymore. Rules are applied without thinking… -

Unsafe Condo
Many helpers crowd around the sandpit and swings every day from 3–6pm as if it were a social club. Helpers from other condos even enter the property to join them. They are loud, rude, and disruptive—taking over the space, shouting at young children and residents. Security does absolutely nothing, shrugging off threats to the kids with, “can’t control what people di.” This is unacceptable. Management ignores repeated issues, even when unsafe incidents occur. This is not a child- or family-friendly environment. Residents cannot enjoy the facilities: the playground and basketball court remain closed most of the year, and those that are open are dominated by non-residents. Add to this the constant construction noise surrounding the condo and the relentless renovations inside. -

Dont live here
Despite a convenient location next to Great World and the MRT, this condo is plagued by ongoing construction, constant noise, and dust. The playground’s been closed for 6+ months with no updates, and many facilities are broken or inaccessible. Maintenance is poor, with aging plumbing causing unpleasant smells and frequent breakdowns. Management is ineffective, especially when it comes to known problematic tenants who create an unsafe environment for children. Aggressive incidents have been ignored. This place is far from family-friendly and seriously mismanaged. -

Miserable condo
Next to Great World and MRT. Surrounded by construction (literally,), constant noise and dust. Seems the construction will never end. Not a well managed condo, many facilities closed or broken. Not a safe or good environment for kids, many known issues with aggression toward kids that management ignores. -

The Trillium
Great location as it’s beside Great World City Station. However there’s constant development / constructions around it. After the years of the MRT station construction, 2 more condominium are being built beside Trillium. It never ends … -

All needs are met here
You are just next to great world city, great world mrt, zion food centre and singapore river. Oh, not to mention, you also have private lift at your service. What more can you ask for? Overall an excellent condo -

Great condo
Why would people put comments about agents on a review for the condo. Anyways, from my personal experience, Pro: Great location right across from Great World City. Trust me, you do not want to walk even an extra 10 steps if you are carrying groceries . Nearby Robertson Walk is only 15 mins walk away Nice sized land and facilities. almost 160,000 sqf of land in district 9. Complete condo facilities with 2 tennis courts and plenty of stuff for kids Very high end materials used for common areas. Air conditioned lobbies with marble floor/walls Very well maintained with friendly staff Great layout with a real kitchen, one of the best i have seen in singapore. large living area that is great for entertaining guests. most units have marina bay sands view High speed private elevator for all units No bombshelter, which is a waste of space in my opinion Does have separate maids room, which i use for storage Cons: No MRT until 2021 (if no delays) Pool is not as impressive as Rivergate Could be noisy on lower floors Material used for kitchen is a joke. Definitely have to renovate the kitchen Bedrooms are on the small side, but definitely useable -
