Great condo
Why would people put comments about agents on a review for the condo. Anyways, from my personal experience, Pro: Great location right across from Great World City. Trust me, you do not want to walk even an extra 10 steps if you are carrying groceries . Nearby Robertson Walk is only 15 mins walk away Nice sized land and facilities. almost 160,000 sqf of land in district 9. Complete condo facilities with 2 tennis courts and plenty of stuff for kids Very high end materials used for common areas. Air conditioned lobbies with marble floor/walls Very well maintained with friendly staff Great layout with a real kitchen, one of the best i have seen in singapore. large living area that is great for entertaining guests. most units have marina bay sands view High speed private elevator for all units No bombshelter, which is a waste of space in my opinion Does have separate maids room, which i use for storage Cons: No MRT until 2021 (if no delays) Pool is not as impressive as Rivergate Could be noisy on lower floors Material used for kitchen is a joke. Definitely have to renovate the kitchen Bedrooms are on the small side, but definitely useable -
