Not recommended
Hostile environment at best, poorly managed, construction, noise, dust non stop. Location is great but it's not worth the mess that Trillium has become. -

Constant noise
I lived here for 2 years and was absolutely miserable. I regularly asked my landlord to move out early. Of course they declined. My landlord had the flat up for sale for 2 year with only 2 viewings in this time period. There is constant noise from the construction all around it. Within the condo many landlords are desperately trying to do refurbs to move the living room away from the construction site. It's an old condo with many issues like leaking, mould, ingress, elevators shut down for months. I agree with the other reviews, it's also very unpleasant for families and kids, with known problematic tenants and helpers that intentionally intimidate little kids. Management is extremely poor so common areas and facilities are shut down for months and months with no update. -

Constant noise and drilling, very unpleasant
Kids yelled at regularly by other residents and even helpers. 3 new condos being built next to the trillium so yes it is constant noise , I feel I am living in the middle of a construction zone. Cannot wait to leave. What a mess. -

Avoid
Kids have been yelled at by adults who hang around the kids playground, and security and management have done nothing about it except victim blame the child. Many nice families with kids have left and many are planning to leave. What good is it living somewhere children cant play safely. -

PRIME RV location
The Trillium is well sited in a PRIME river valley city fringe location near a big major family mall like Great World City with the MRT extension. medical centre attached too. with a park connector for my active needs. serving me well since i moved in, and feel so at home here with fellow globalised residents and cosmopolitan crowd. -

lovely layouts
Trillium's long condo grounds with a circular design is gorgeous, with perfect placement of the courts, green perimeter, pavilions, pools and housing. such a gem for just staying in and strolling within the common spaces. my favourite view is from the high floor, looking down at the excellent layout and of course with opportune glimpses of the singapore skyline. it's truly beautufiul especially when lit up at night. luxury finishes and glass panelling complete the whole package. -

lagoon dream
relaxing at The Trillium's lagoon pool is my favourite spot. the private lifts are excellent too, and provide much needed serenity when i need. kids can't get enough of the playground, which has a mini zipline, there's a water fountain for those european feels as well. honestly, while condo shopping, the floor area here is comparably larger than similar condos. the choice was obvious and i'm so pleased for the money well spent. connectivity is swell too. -

Avoid if can
The condo management here is extremely unprofessional and hostile, especially toward children. Kids have been yelled at, and even their lost-and-found posters have been taken down without consideration. This is not an environment where families will feel welcome or safe. If you care about your children’s well-being, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. -

Great location and luxury condo
Living at The Trillium is incredibly convenient. Having Great World MRT at my doorstep and Great World City across the street makes life so easy. I love having both Meidi-Ya and Cold Storage just a two-minute walk away for groceries. The building’s "petal" design means no shared walls with neighbors, and the private lift adds a great touch of luxury and privacy. My unit is very spacious with a stunning, unblocked view of Marina Bay Sands. It truly feels like a quiet resort in the middle of the city. -

would not recommend
I am moving out next summer, the location next to the mrt is good but it took so long for the building works for the mrt to finish. finally they finished and now there is 3 new condos being built surrounding the trillium, the noise is relentless. in general many people have left, its not a pleasant community for the kids, things get shut down for months and months and months, and lots of odd rules like if I have my dog I cant use the main lift anymore, or I cant take my break through the car gate. I asked my landlord to leave early as my kids are not feeling happy here but they declined so we will leave when our contract is up in the summer. -
