  Sengkang EC

  The Topiary is an EC in Sengkang that has 700 units across.8 blocks. although it's not super near the MRT, there are a couple of bus stops nearby though for me, driving has been the best from here. my kid goes to Sengkang Green pri, but there are others nearby for fellow parents like Fernvale (think this got MOE kindergarten too) and Anchor Green.

  very focused on mozzie control

  the mgmt of The Topiary does fogging quite often, and i feel it's a good thing to protect the 700 households living here, many with young children and elderly. just need to check the dates and close windows when it's being done. proactive dengue prevention and mozzie control. abit of smell for greater good.

  vibrant community

  never a dull moment at The Topiary. always a joy to hear the kids splashing about in the pool and see them playing there from my block. easy to keep an eye on my kids without leaving the house. pool is the long type and a stunning emerald green to match the name.

  best EC in SK

  The Topiary is the best executive condo in Sengkang! fight me lol. the gym is one of the most equipped, and the facilities are complete with pool, ktv room, yoga studio, reading room etc. location is good with many schs around and also close to expressway and malls and marks. hoping they will have a minimart soon.

  Unique landscaping and swimming pool

  Huge and unique swimming pool and wonderful landscaping around the project. Alot of nearby amenities such as hawkers, coffeeshops, supermarkets and shopping mall. Nice environment for families and quick access to expressway.

  Wonderful location!

  There are many restaurants nearby, and the place is close to two shopping malls, the famous Jalan Kayu street, a new hawker center, a community center, schools, preschools, and a supermarket. Surprisingly, even with all these places around, it's not noisy at all. It's also easy to get to the expressway (CTE, SLE, TPE) and YCK road, making it a quick drive to the town area. The condo has a really big and well-equipped gym, which is a great bonus. Getting a unit here would be really lucky!

  Facilities often booked by others

  It's hard to use the facilities on the weekends becaus everyone seem to stay home and use the facilities or bring their children to swim.

  Strategic location

  This EC is within walking distance to two malls. It is also near to Jalan Kayu, a popular foodie hangout. I like that it's also close to the CC and hawker centre, so dont worry that food will be too overpriced

  Good for family with childrens

  Big swimming pool with kids pools at the side. Nice sky gardens with jazcuzzi and steam room. Nearby bus stops which lead to Nex/Serangoon mrt, malls like Greenwich and Seletar Mall are also very near within walking distance. Able to park more than 1 car, just have to apply it via the management.
