Good outweighs bad
Like many families who live here, my kids absolutely love the neighbours and kids they get to hang out with every day. Personally I'm glad they're out and about rather than stuck indoors all day playing on the xbox. That's the beauty of this place, the huge community of kids that newcomers can plug into. One of my neighbours chose the place precisely because they used to live in a landed and it wasn't safe for the kids to play on the road. They now even bought their own unit. Plus the great forest and private road we have that means we're totally near the road yet virtually no traffic noise. The pool is also big enough for laps. For the adults, it's alot less crammed in than other cluster housing, especially the new ones that are like flatted factories. Plenty of greenery around and, if you get the back facing units, it's lovely and quiet. There's a mix of long-term residents, PRs who like it so much they've bought their own unit, as well as tenants that come and go. -

Nice place
My family like this condo very much. virescence is great and the cool breeze ventilated the rooms everyday. AC no need to be on all the day, really save power. The environment is quiet and nice. People living here are mainly expats from Europe. They are nice people and the kids make friends easily. Different facilities can be easily found in or around the residence. Living here is FUNtastic:) -

old and tired
I agree with the other reviewer. This place is old and past its time. Pool is in horrible condition. Units are old and AC units are a problem. Childrens area is pathetic. Most annoying thing is NO CELL RECEPTION in you home! Maids "hang out" in the basement. Children ride bikes and scooter in the carpark and make it very dangerous to drive. Managemant takes NO resposibility for anything. The owners should be furious. Oh, one more thing, roaches in the sewer system that get into your house through the maids toilet and drain holes. EWWWWWW! Can't wait to move out. Look elsewhere -

Getting old
Teneriffe is getting old. Units have lots of problems, especially with a/c. Some units have bad mold problems. The football/basketball area is horrible for those who live nearby, f.ex. row beginning with unit 266. Balls are flying all over, to unit patios, hitting windows and playing makes horrible noise. Pool is getting old, they are planning to close it down for a while to fix broken tiles. Playground is old and too small and not really for any age of children. Management doesn't want to take any responsibility of anything. Usual phrase heard in the office is "it's landlord's responsibility (even though it wasn't) -

The Teneriffe
I really like this condo because it is a landed house with a small patio, own parking lots and has facilities which is great for children. Most International School buses serves this area which makes it convenient for expats. Cold Storage is just 12 minutes walk. Cab rides to the city also does not cost more than $8. -
