Extremely near to Lorong Chuan MRT station

Great Accessibility
I have lived in Springbloom for many years. It is a development with full condominium facilities. The Springbloom has a quiet neighbourhood and yet is accessible to many places all around the island. The nearest MRT is just a street across! Design of this development may not be as modern as nowadays, but the size of units are decent enough for spacious, comfortable living. Well Designed with Beautiful Landscaping.
Shifted here a few months and really enjoying this condo now. Beautifully designed lush landscape, high ceiling for lobby drop off point with marble finishes, no parking problems, estate is well maintain and new lifts is on the way :) Location wise is obvious.Was this review helpful? Old and looks like HDB!
99year leasehold old condo is not much different from a 99year leasehold HDB. The doors, lobby, windows are all old-fashion. Some HDBs have better designs!Was this review helpful? Report review -

Excellent location and convenience
With Lorong Chuan MRT at the door step, and the NEX mall just a short walk away, this is a fantastic location. The Australian school is next door as well. The property is well spread out and in good condition. My only pet peeve is that when it rains, i would have to keep all my windows closed (i.e. no overhangs or sunshades to give some protection).Was this review helpful? Report review -

Springbloom Condo
I have taken photos of the satellite dishes few months back and sent my concern to IDA and NEA. They replied that those satellite dishes are just receiving signal and have no transmitting capacity. Thus will not cause harm to residents staying around New Tech Park. IDA and NEA have carried out Radio Frequency emission testing on regular intervals to ensure that the operators of those dishes on the rooftop adhere and following the guideline setted up by IDA. If there is Radiation hazard, schools like St Gabriel, Australian International School, NYJC and others will not be able to survive till now.MOE will definitely step in to interfere.Thus,residents or potential buyers of houses/Condo near New Tech Park can rest assure that there is NO RADIATION HAZARD at the vicinity.Was this review helpful? High Radiation level but prices dropping
ESPN has a big production house just oppostite at New Tech Park. Suspect radiation levels quite high. In any case, prices are falling. Last 1539 sqft with good number transacted at 1.25 m. This is still quite high but I suspect it would go down further with Minister coming in with further cooling measures shortly and with the impending oversupply in propertiesWas this review helpful?
