  Asking rent too high - Overpriced

  Hi, Its seems some of the owners are asking for 5.5 - 6k for a 2 bedder unit 1066sqf. I mean...how can they ask for such stupid amount? Seems some of the units on river valley/Grange road are cheaper than meyer road. This condo is super overpriced. Other units in this area are goin for 3 to 3..8psf. Not worth at all!!

  Great floor plan layout in fengshui! Tasteful finishes throughout the unit. A minute and a half walking distance to East Coast Park from the rear gate. I love the steam room!
