Great family condo
The quality of this estate has really pleasantly surprised us on the upside, having taken delivery and recently moved in post TOP...the kid friendly facilities, breezy location, large gardens with mature trees and access to east coast park make this a great option for expat families...has exceeded expectations. -

GEM ON MEYER ROAD
This is one of the nicest development of the East and close to the East Coast park and beach. Situated along the prime belt of Meyer Road, its location is strategically close to the future Sports Hub and the Suntec City/Raffles City area. Those working in Raffles Place and Suntec will find this place less than 5 mins by drive on a day without traffic jam. Better than Holland Road and Bt Timah. The landscape is green and nice; few condos in central region of Singapore can boast on such space and landscape. The finishing is good; not top quality but good quality and deserving of $1600 to $2000 psf price tag. Once Chip Eng Seng launch their Fort Road condo this year at more than $1800 psf, you will find Seafront on Meyer a bargain. Further, we can expect Hawaii Tower enbloc sale to take the value of Meyer Road properties to a new high. In summary, whether seaview or not, this development is a great investment in the Eastern part of Singapore. -

all about price
practically, not wise as investment. The asking price vs the projected rental market, considering the endless stream of supply in east side now. like many overpriced properties now, it just cannot fetch even 3.5% yield (unless you use idealistic calculations by some agents.) . But i'll buy for purely own stay. -

Pleasure with my purchase
I have just purchased a unit. It was love at first sight on the first day we viewed this place. Very tasteful finishes in every part of its unit. Though my unit is not facing the sea. It still give a great feeling of satisfaction and Living treasure! Its beautiful and tranquil environment provides me a sense of peace. And its large and beautiful landscaping are really impressive. I am very happy that I've made a right choice. And I would strongly recommend project to the western expats where there is full of beautiful sunshine with a highly sought after area! Where local singaporeans recognised Meyer Road as a "2nd Nassim Hill" in the east. Cheerios! -

Nassim Hill in the East
I have just purchased a couple of units here. It's indeed worth buying! Though the prices are a little high but you pay for what you get! My local associates always told me that Meyer Road is a treasure in the East. It's expensive cuz it's known as the "Nassim Hill" in the East. Moreover, this is a luxury project and I am pretty sure that I've made a great choice! -
