Not often with 116 units that has a tennis court. Matured development but nonetheless well located -

Worth the value
Regalia is in a strategic location close to amenities, shopping centres and within 5-7 minutes of MRT. While surrounding buildings are already asking between $2000 to $2300 psf, Regalias's price of about $1800 is a steal. The added advantage is that there is a great potential of an en-bloc sale. -

saw a unit last week size 1,216sqft. exterior building has been repainted just to cover the old look inside. room size is so small that you barely can walk after putting in a queen size bed. 20years projects old! unrealistic selling price by owners listed, all above $1.7mil. no more transactions since jan 2011, because its just overpriced. For the same price, rather get a newer project. near cross road, very noisy and bad fengshui actually! would not recommend at all. -

no good
saw a unit with a high floor lately, extremely small rooms, wastage of space with a semi circle structure of every unit, part of the exterior design. last caveat price in jan 2011 was $1.68mil but all other asking are $1.88mill and above. HDB lookalike. not worth. -
