Quayside
Currently living like living next door to a building site, constant noise 6 days a week. But should be ok from 2017, but then they are starting on the Quayside. Expect rents to drop off further. Building beginning to show it's age but in a great location. -

The Gem by the Singapore River
Looking for a rare GEM - one that has the best view of the Singapore River at its best stretch? This is THE ONE! You've come to this exculsive 79-unit development called The Quayside. From the ample parking space at level 2, separated from the visitors' or the shop patrons', the exclusive lifts will bring you to your private abode in a breeze. The views from the balcony and master bedroom are sure talking points for visitors. To get closer to the river and yet remained in the peaceful sanctury, simply make a beeline for the tranquil garden and the very private pool at level 3 overlooking the river stretch. For those constantly on the move and for whom convenience means a lot, having those reputable shops and F&B tenants right at the doorstep at level 1 becomes a must. Speaking of convenience, The Quayside is centrally located with easy access routes to Orchard, the F1 street circuit, Shenton/Marina bay, IRs and the good old China town and Tiong Bahru, and yet still outside of the CBD zone. Singapore river is now undergoing its biggest makeover ever by the URA and STB. This place will soon be even more thriving 24/7 and with extra night buzz after the makeover. Having a home here means having a scenic, windy and quiet retreat with complete privacy. For investors, you will be pleased to know that this development is in high demand both by the Expats communities and the locals and is consistently at near 100% occupancy rate during both up and down property cycles. The initial yield of 4% upwards is highly achievable. -
