I have stayed in The Pearl for a while now and it has been superb ! The place exudes the exclusivity of a rainforest / tropical setting with the condo landscaping blending in perfectly. The 50m cascade pool is as good for serious lap training as for a fun dip. The large balconies are rare pleasure for Singapore. The building management is very active and professional in all maintenance. Vivocity and Sentosa are close F&B /recreation hotspots. Mount Faber is perfect for weekend jogging and outdoors fun.
The best kept secret however is that you are close to everything. If you are a bus person, there are 6 buses going to CBD, 2 buses to Clarke Quay, 2 buses to Orchard. If you are NOT a bus person, a cab ride to any of these places is between $5-$8 only !
Amenities / ATM is not in immediately vicinity. It is a short walk to a newly refurbished hawker centre/ ATM cluster near Telok Blangah Rise.
The Pearl has a great garden and great pool area - and also fabulous sized balconies...but it would have to be one of the noisiest places I have stayed in - being right near the truck park all you can hear at night are trucks shifting gears. Also it is an absolute pain for public transport with the closest MRT at vivo city and limited bus routes - unless you are prepared to walk quite a bit. It is inconvenient but a pretty garden outlook and lovely trees and gardens

The Pearl @ Mount Faber
The Pearl @ Mount Faber is located at the hillside of Mount Faber Park, surrounded by lush and matured greenery. It is just 5 minutes drive to the Central Business District and the Chinatown area, and is within walking distance to the HarbourFront MRT station and VivoCity mega shopping mall. Sentosa Island can also be easily accessible by foot, train, bus or car. Schools within the vicinity include CHIJ Kellocks Primary and Radin Mass Primary. This condo is also well served by public transport and is accessible via the nearby East Coast Parkway (ECP), Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and the Central Expressway (CTE).
