Nice place
The environment is good, quiet, and convenient. It is close to both the city center and Sentosa. There is a good primary school nearby. Every morning, you can hear the chirping of birds. -

10 Years at the Pearl
After living in this property for 10 years, I am glad to have finally moved. Many of the previous owners have sold and in their place came many new tenants who rent and don't bother to take care of the property. Dog Poo and Pee are common in lifts and common areas, despite repeated reminders and posters plastered all over. The MCST changed few years back and the security was reduced, cleaning standards became worse, cleaner takes one mop and one pail of water to mop all ten floors in a stack. I often find myself cleaning up outside after the cleaners goes off. Interior walls are thin, and noisy neighbors with piano or music can be easily heard throughout the day. Even when your neighbor upstairs flushes the toilet, its heard in the rooms. Amenities is good as near to CBD and Vivi city. -

Best Bang For Buck
Central Location, near VivoCity, Near good schools, peace and serenity at Mount Faber + high chance enblock whats not to love -

Garden in City Living
Exclusive address with nature at your doorstep. Layout is squarish with large balcony. Well maintained by management. Convenient location linked to CTE, ECP & AYE expressways. Very near to Sentosa and Vivocity (5 mins walk). Low psf price compared to other projects in District 4. Good primary schools around. CBD is just 5 mins driving time. Others places like Chinatown and Orchard Road is just 10 to 15 mins traveling time. Waiting for Keppel port to relocate and underground tunnel linked to Sentosa to complete which I believed will have further potential upside. -

The Pearl @ Mount Faber
Nestled in a quite corner at the foot of Mount Faber, The Pearl is a unique development which put it on close proximity to Sentosa, St James entertainment and Vivocity, it is also next to a local HDB estate(Telok Blangah) and one can enjoy the economical and simple amenities. Nice balconies with planters all round the balcony. There are nice ground floor units with generous patios and penthouses with penthouses offering views of the mount faber. Access to CTE, AYE and ECP, MCP is fairly fast. Downside is through. traffic on the road can be a little heavy with container trucks going to the port, but this will change once the port is relocated to Tuas -

All in one Pearl @ Mount Faber
Moved in with my family last year in 2014 for about 6months now. Love the exclusive 1 Mount Faber road address. This is ideal for nature lovers and those who prefer peace and quiet. Go for walks and runs up mount faber linking all the way to kent ridge park. Listen to the birds and crickets chirping or just breathe in the clean cool air. Very family orientated, lots of other familes and kids around. Love the pool here. Working in the CBD,its a 10min drive away. Taking a bus though, requires a 7-8mins walk out to Keppel road before getting a number of buses, but still takes only about in total 20-25min to get to work. Vivo city and sentosa are 2 bustops away. I love the huge balcony which is great for outdoor dining, however the on going Sentosa gateway construction leaves quite abit of dust outside. Fortunately my unit faces away from that main road, so no noise pollution problems in the day. Walls and windows are very thick, so it's very quiet especially at nights which is essential for a good night's rest. The whole unit was extensively renovated 4years ago by previous owner, so cant really comment on the original fittings, but the layout is squarish with good size bedrooms, high ceiling, spacious living and dining areas. Exterior was recently painted, but some parts of the condo starting to look its age like the lifts, lobby areas and barbecue pits. Gym is small but hardly see anyone using it except on weekends. Most of the residents like myself prefer to run outdoors. Estate is very well-maintained, despite having trees all around. Management here appears laid back and not very strict, which can be good or bad depending on your situation. There is a wet market and food centre in nearby telok blangah or bukit purmei estate, but we do our grocery shopping mostly at Giant vivo city. Parking is ample with two basements and a car washing bay. Overall looking at it's average per sq ft, I would say this place is a bargain. -

Awesome Family Condo -- hidden jewel !
I have stayed at the pearl for more than 3 years now. It is an awesome family condo - you can see children, families and dogs having a fun time at the beautiful pool surrounded by greenery. The common areas are designed to blend to the tropical resort theme and the building management is committed to making aesthetic enhancements. There are great shopping options at Vivocity nearby. Connectivity is good with office area as well and there are quite a few good playschools nearby for families with young children. I stay on the road side: apart from the temporary construction, noise levels are very manageable, even with my toddler. In fact, it is almost like a tree house, ensconced on all sides by lovely trees. We get occasional visitors near the window branches like yellow laughingthrushes, mynahs, koels, and squirrels -- simply charming. Where else, except for Mount Faber, would you get such an experience living within 3km from CBD !!!! -

The Hidden Pearl
This is an amazing residential area situated amidst greenery at the foothill of Mt. Faber. Not many places in SIngapore where you can be close to the 'hill' and the 'sea' :) It is pleasant to have a walk near Mt Faber walkway. The proximity to Vivo-City, Harbour Front MRT & busstops is useful, but since these is not very close you are not directly affected by the crowds. Unlike other multi-rise apartments which have hundreds of people in the pool, the pool here is relatively less crowded. Any less crowd expectations, you better by a big property in Sentosa ;) Road-facing units can be noisy but the hill-facing units are lot quieter. In short it is an optimal choice for staying close to city/ CBD and also amidst greenery/ without too much noise. -

The Pearl @Mt Faber
Do not get units near to the road unless you can live with traffic and roadside construction drilling noise from the never ending road works on underground pass to Sentosa which is reportedly going to last another 2-3 years. Traffic is daily bad as the construction shifts sides right in front of the development. Swimming during peak traffic is bad as the pool is near to the road so you will be exercising and breathing in exhaust - yes you can smell it. Large container trucks drive dangerously fast and furious along the main roads and the multiple constructions make walking to the mrt or vivocity a precarious exercise not to mention the dust and noise. The development needs better maintenance and interiors are cheap Sim Lian quality. Not worth the money. -

Resort living at its best
i walk to work every morning taking the short cut to MRT. Its a short walk with pleasant view, bird chirping & butterfly in the morning. it brighten up my days immediately :-) -
