Good sized unit
In this day and age of shoe sized condos, the apartments here are good sized and spacious. The facilities are good and there is a MRT coming nearby. Overall a good condo considering other new condos that I have lived in. -

This condo has everything you need Taxi easy to get on Meyer road School bus comes on the gate Convenient to reach office in CBD and Changi -

Complete condo with all facilities
Been living here for last 4 years and just love this place. It is very convenient with all facilities for family, proximity to beach, airport and office! Also very quiet place with a decent community and ample car partking space. The three bedroom units are spacious and very comfortable to live. The condo has gone through some upgrade recently and has improved a lot. -

It's rare to find such a condo with full facilites, community and location. My family just loves this place and we dont want to leave! -

Re: Excellent Condo in East Coast Area
This is one of the better condominiums in the East Coast Area. It is bright and airy and has a lot of space. It is rare for a condominium to have so much common space. The surroundings are also well kept. The Makena has a huge swimming pool as well and ample parking. The Makena is also an excellent choice for expatriates. It is located close to the beach (5mins walk with an underpass) for expatriates who want a relaxed beach lifestyle. The condominium units are huge and spacious especially the high floor units which have amongst the best views of the sea. The high floor units command a large premium over the low to mid floor units because of the panoramic sea view and windy atmosphere. A top choice condominium for investment as it is freehold. -

Excellent Place for my kids
I may be biased as my kids just love the open spaces in this condo. I don't think am moving anywhere away from here. This place has everything you need - facilities, mini-mart, ample parking, proximity to the beach, City and Airport. We have loved our stay as residents and plan to stay long.. Cheers, Michael -

Very Nice..
Highly recommend Makena. Great outdoors & facilities, apartment with seperate helper area & access, large net area versus newer apartments which have poor effeciency. Close to the beach, Airport and City. Grocery shop inside the complex. Large pool. Well connected and quiet building. -

Great Place for Families.
We have been living at Makena for past 6 months and simple love this place. It has wide open spaces for my kids, a utilitity store within the compound, a 20 min. ride to my office and 2 min walk to the beach. The facilities are great and people are friendly. To top it all it has a Golf putting range and we just enjoy that as a family. I have lived in other condos in Singapore and would rate Makena much better than most of them. Cheers, Peter -
