Wayyyy too pricey!
Closest condo to Lakeside MRT/superb location but then again there are other condos in front of lake and near mrt and dont know if another 1 min is worth 1400psf which is almost 10-15% premium over nearby condos!! And whats up with the all the developers confusing ppl with the name- " lakefront, lakeshore, lakeholmz, lakepoint etc" How will ppl find your place in the area?? -
