  design of units are a joke

  we went to vivit the unit that was posted as 3 bedrooms and 1 studio. To our surprose the studio was a narrow hallway at the entrance ( good for storage maybe ? ). the kitchen was terrible designed with no space for a fridge, so they just put a fridge in the middle of the narrow kitchen , leaving the tiny cooking space totaly unaccesible ans useless. The master bedroom barely fits a queen and nothing else otherwise theres no space to open the wardrove. Overall very bad designed and not worth to live there just for the location. Also MRT is not so close at all.

  Iveria could have been designed with more win

  for a new building where design uses a lot of full height windows, some parts of the interior seems rather dim, almost dark, at some walled-off corridors. i guess this can be augmented with installing more lighting in the house.

  award-winning luxury - The Iveria

  Highly Commended Best Boutique Condo Development (Singapore) - 2020 at PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards. Looking forward to this new luxury update of the former Riviera Point condominium that used to be here. location fantastic, 600m from Great World City MRT on thomson-east coast line. travelling to cbd for work will be a breeze.

  Iveria is office building or condo?

  the cold grey steel skyscraper look of The Iveria feels like an office building, slightly confusing since its River Valley address is quite near other office blocks. other than that, this new freehold condo top 2024 looks great from the photos of its rooftop pool and futuristic design. will arrange for a visit to check it out personally one of these days. view should be quite good
