Near to good food and amenities
Quiet environment with the park connector at the back of the development and the market and hawker center nearby and buses to go to town. Overall is good. -

Excellent location & great place to stay/rent
Location wise, it is away from the main road, quiet and serene. But still close enough to excellent food, shopping & theatre e.g. Whampoa Market, Zhongsun Mall, Shaw Plaza, etc. -

Easy to buy, capital layout wise, relatively easy to rent. Great for first time investor -
