Good eateries and close to nature
Around The Hillford at Jln Jurong Kecil, plenty of eateries ranging from a variety of cuisines including kbbq haha. will never go hungry here. also open till late at night. can also go to the nearby nature park to exercise and practice some forest bathing. excellent and tranquil. -

eldery friendly condo
The Hillford was designed with seniors in mind. tts why it has a shorter 60-year lease, and is close to a bus stop. there's also a bunch of amenities in the Jurong Kecil area, and the development itself has dual key units, studio config for the older residents as well as loads of facilities onsite so they don't need to go too far to exercise, stroll, relax. -

Atrocious Management
For this condo, the only employees that are OK are the cleaners. Everyone else - security, management, guardhouse work very hard - they work hard to decrease the quality of life of the residents. Not sure whether it is on purpose or otherwise - everything they do is detriment to the residents' convenience. Amenities are non existent, transport link is not too bad if you take the bus to the metro, facilities are a shambles and the gym is smaller than a parking lot. Mostly retirees and students -

Rude management staff harassing residents!!!
Management office staff took photo of residents without consent! Harassing residents and violating privacy. It is a criminal offence!!! Slippery glossy tiles at the swimming pool, posing fatal risk to elderly residents! It is so ironic that it was designed for the retired. -

Poor conceirge and management office
Concierge and management office creates more problem than helping you resolve the problem. Requested for an additional access card and there was no reply or follow up from them after 2 weeks. I had to call and follow up with them and till date nothing was done. Its been more than 3 weeks. Wrong information and different information was given out to me every single time I went down to resolve my problem. Requested for season pass parking as well and it is still pending approval for more than 3 weeks. Super inefficient concierge and management office. Don't know why need to pay them a premium for management fee when they cannot even do a simple thing like dispensing access card properly. Building facade looks nice at first but upon inspections, many cracks. No shelter walkway from ma -

Rainwater leaking through walls, water supply
Tenants should expect rainwater leaking through walls, water supply disruption, frequent breakdown of white goods, power outage and no 24/7 conceirge. -

Very rare development with a 60 years lease(n
Very rare development with a 60 years lease(new lease). New concept condo. I would seriously considering buying it for the reason that it can mean good yield with respect to a lower holding price yet -
