full integration
The Greenwich offers full integration of live-work-play with a retail mall Greenwich V directly connected, and the unit layout itself feels very suitable for working adults with loft-style layout and concrete/glass aesthetic. a good rental property -

at my convenience
it's been so easy to pop into the adjacent mall to The Greenwichfor my last min grocery shopping, coffee and meals in between work calls. do my gym session right in the condo itself, relax with a sauna and swim in the pool. for a homebody like myself, this is perfect -

we made it work
reviews said The Greenwich not so suitable for families due to its look and feel, but we weren't planning anyway... that was then. things happened and well, I would say despite that, it's been a blessing to be able to dart into the mall beside for diapers and food when we're super tired, and we're not to tall so the loft ceiling doesn't affect us. makes our little family even more tight-knit though we might relocated to be near a choice school in the future. -

Great Project with good facilities
Was a tenant at The Greenwich condo for 3 years till Feb 2023 and it was a pleasant stay. Was working at the nearby Seletar Aerospace area and commuting there was very convenient, there is no direct MRT, but bus services more than made up for it. For a small development, there are two lap pools and a very well-equipped gym and even has a steam room for separate genders, very rare. The facilities are very family-oriented, even the BBQ area is huge and sheltered, the previous place I rented had a BBQ, but was an open area and BBQ was impossible when it rained. The place I rented was the ground floor, with a very high ceiling height of 4m+, making the house very cooling and was a plus during WFH period. Overall, imo, it was a great place to stay and with the food court now open, even better. -

Serene & Convenient
Amazing place to live in. The high ceiling is a big plus giving the feel of spaciousness and airiness in the unit. There is a mall right next to it which makes it all the more convenient. We can get our groceries at the big supermarket easily, relax and chill at cafes and even get a haircut right at the doorstep. The whole development gives off an air of serenity and tranquillity. It makes us feel very comfortable and relax at home. -

Horrible management. Not a good condo for dog owners. If your dog does his/her business in common areas, there is a fine of $150 with no warning. I supposed there must be Council members who hate dogs and their agendas might be self serving. The current condo manager is very inexperienced and loves to quote bylaws. Quite noisy as well. Kids riding their scooters around the pool areas at high speed Overall bad experience -

My training days
I’ve been preparing for a 21K run this year and a lot of my stamina building happens at The Greenwich pool and gym. It’s a nice place to train after a hard day at work. Yio Chu Kang Road is well connected and since my office is just 15 minutes away, I’ve got plenty of time to train. I get all my cold cuts and other groceries from Cold Storage supermarket at Greenwich V. -

Ideal locality
I just got my kid enrolled into Chatsworth kindergarten, just a few minutes from The Greenwich. I’ve started going back to work now, so I take the LRT from Fernvale station which is near our apartment. My office is 15 minutes away, so I can rush back in case of an emergency. Medical facilities, schools, restaurants and supermarkets all are in the vicinity. The apartments are built with good quality materials and furnishings, and the appliances are top notch. -

Love it
With all the new high-rise projects coming up around the city, I’ve always felt a disconnect with living in such buildings. There's way too much glass and concrete. I wanted a cosier setting with lots of natural landscaping around, so when a friend suggested I check out The Greenwich, it seemed right up my alley. It’s been two years since and I absolutely love it here. A few shops and restaurants are right there too, making it very convenient for me. -
