  spacious with plenty of guest parking

  This condo is well-planned, spacious and like a resort, with ample space for residents and whenever I park I don't need to stress about not having a lot. even the swimming pool is big. such wide open spaces and good planning that is hard to find in cramped Singapore where they focus on exterior design but forget practical comfort.

  The layout of the entrance to the units, the interior is the best that I have seen. Close proximity to great park, short distance to markets, shopping, dining

  1. Good regular Facilities (Pool, Tennis, Gym) and perks (Karaoke room, Sauna room, Table Tennis) 2. Friendly neighbours with many Instructors for kids (Tennis, Piano, Swimming) 3. Most value for many Condo in the same area 4. Most units have spacious and large rooms 5. Park connector and amenities at door steps

  florida is a nice condo with full condo facilities. It is well maintain by managing agent. The layout design is good with spacious living room and bedrooms.
